Refund policy

30-Day Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

• Be unused and in its original condition.
• Be returned in its original packaging.
• Include all original accessories, manuals, and documentation (if applicable).
• Be accompanied by proof of purchase or your order number.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your financial institution.  

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or we shipped the wrong product.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right.
