If something arrives damaged, incorrect, or just doesn’t feel right, we want to make it right.

• Damaged or incorrect items: Contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll send a replacement at no cost to you.
• Return policy? Yes you may return the pillow pack in its original packaging. We will refund you once the product is received.
• Not what you expected? We offer store credit within 14 days of delivery— no long explanations needed.
• Gift orders shipped directly to a recipient: Just reach out and we’ll work with you directly.
