If something arrives damaged, incorrect, or just doesn’t feel right, we want to make it right.

Here’s how it works:

Damaged or incorrect items: Contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll send a replacement at no cost to you.
 Return policy? Yes you may return the pillow pack in its original packaging. We will refund you once the product is received. 
Not what you expected? We offer store credit within 14 days of delivery— no long explanations needed.
Gift orders shipped directly to a recipient: Just reach out and we’ll work with you directly.
