Our little story

About Pillow Packs

It all started in a therapy session.

I’m Celeste — mom of four boys, entrepreneur, and Austin, Texas native. One day I was sitting with my therapist, venting about life, and I laughed and said “sometimes I just want to scream into a pillow.”

He didn’t laugh it off. He said — actually, that’s a really healthy thing to do. People do it all the time.

Something about that stuck with me.

A few days later, driving home from work, it all hit me at once. The name. The concept. The entire vision. Pillow Packs.

I’d spent years building businesses I loved — but I wanted to contribute something bigger. Something rooted in my innate goodness. Something that brought more peace, more connection, more love into the world.

Because there are people out there who feel alone. People who are far from home. People going through something so big they don’t have words for it — and neither do the people who love them.

Pillow Packs exists for all of them.

Not just a gift. A hug in a box. A reminder that someone sees you, thinks of you, and wanted you to feel that — even from across the miles.

I came home that night, built the concept, and never looked back.
